I just wanted to tell you how much your customers appreciate you & your work. When my wife & I adopted our son about 3 years ago, I purchased a hammered disc with his name. You folks were SO terrific. I mis-spelled his name (oops) on the order form, and instead of just blindly filling the order, you reached out to confirm. I really appreciated that! My wife wears the chain & charm EVERY DAY, and loves it. Yesterday, we had a baby girl, and one of the first questions from my wife is if I had ordered Katie Grace's charm for her necklace yet? Needless to say, I'll be ordering it today and I am sure it will be placed right next to our sons on that same necklace. Thank you for making a good product at a fair price.
