What are shipping costs

Shipping costs for any size order:

  • Free within the United States
  • Free Outside the United States
  • $32.00 Rush orders - Within the United States only

What is hand stamping?

Hand stamping is when each letter is actually stamped with a tool and hammer.

This way no two pieces will come out the same. This makes every piece its own unique creation! Also, the letters will not be perfectly straight - this adds to the charm of your hand stamped handcrafted piece!

What is engraving?

Hand engraving is actually engraved with a tool by hand. No two pieces be exactly alike.

Can I have both sides stamped?

Both our hand engraved and small circles can be stamped on both sides. Please contact us if you would like a date stamped on back of any bars and tags. We will try to accommodate.

All other charms can only be stamped on the front.

Can I wear more than one charm on one chain?

Yes! mini discs, tiny tags, love letters & initials are especially perfect for stacking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries via US 1st class mail. Most orders will arrive approximately one week after leaving our Studio in Los Angeles, CA.


All RUSH SHIPPING orders are sped through production. your mommyjewelry will arrive at your shipping address within 5 business days from the day you order. Available within the United States only.

How is mommy jewelry packaged?

Each piece comes individually packaged in a small mommyjewelry jewelry gift box.

Can a gift card be enclosed?

Yes! we will gladly include a computer printed gift card with the message of your choice.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship from our studio within a few days but can take up to 7 working days plus shipping time. Shipping time within the United States is normally 1-4 business days. You will be notified if there is any unexpected delay in processing your order. If you need your order sooner, please select RUSH SHIPPING.
RUSH shipping within the U.S. takes just 5 business days from order to delivery. International orders are sent by U.S. mail; delivery times vary according to destination.

How do I clean my mommy jewelry?

Polish all mommyjewelry with a clean jewelry polishing cloth. polish cloths can be ordered from mommyjewelry.

What if there is a mistake on my charm?

If we make a mistake on your jewelry, we will remake and rush your corrected piece to you. It the mistake is made by the customer, a small re-do fee will apply to correct your piece.

Is Mommy Jewelry for kids?

Mommy Jewelry is not intended for children under the age of 5.

What if I want a longer or shorter chain?

If you'd like a different chain, simply mail your chain back to: mommyjewelry, 4328 Agnes Avenue, Studio City, CA 91604. include a note referencing your chain preference. please be sure to include your order number or order name so we can mail the new chain to you!

What if I change my mind?

Contact us with concerns regarding your order. reference your order number whenever possible, name and phone number. we'll do our best to accommodate any concerns.

Can I get a discount if i have a large order?

Yes! We are pleased to help you out with group orders for your wedding party, circle of best-friends, play group, team or graduating class! An order of 7 or more mommyjewelry pieces for one group is given a 15 % discount off the total order

Do you wholesale Mommy Jewelry?

Wholesale accounts are available with a valid resale license. Please contact us if interested.

How will I know if my order was accepted?

You will receive an e-mail that will indicate that your order has been placed. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

How can I check the status of my order?

After ordering, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your package has been shipped. This will include your tracking number. You can also call us at 818 508-1993 with any questions or concerns regarding the status.

Can I place an order off line?

Yes, orders can be placed by calling 818-508-1993, we will be happy to help you design your Mommy Jewlery.

What if I have questions about the products offered online?

When is my credit card charged?

You will be charged when we begin production of your order.

I would like to purchase a gift for my friend. Can I have you send the gift directly to her?

Yes, you can ship an order to an address that differs from your billing address. If you check the box for gift the order is shipped with a gift receipt only, which will not show the prices. The purchaser will receive an order confirmation e-mail with the order total. This e-mail will serve as your receipt.
